JA Workforce and CTE Manager, Part-time

The JA Workforce and CTE (Career and Technical Education) Manager implements and manages daily program operations for Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis (JASTL), with a dual focus on (1) middle and high school educator and volunteer recruitment and retention; stakeholder training and support; and (2) delivery of the JA Trades program. The role oversees program logistics, data management and evaluation, and engagement with educators, volunteers, districts, and community partners while upholding the highest standards of program quality and integrity.

Part-Time Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator

The Part-Time Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator supports Junior Achievement’s mission by expanding and strengthening the volunteer pipeline across K–12 programs. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and stewarding volunteers for in-classroom JA programs, JA in a Day events, Experiential Learning Centers (ELC), and student-focused events. Working closely with the Senior Program Manager and Program Team, this position engages community partners, educators, corporate partners, and individuals to ensure programs are fully staffed with high-quality, mission aligned volunteers.
