JA Workforce and CTE Manager, Part-time
The JA Workforce and CTE (Career and Technical Education) Manager implements and manages daily program operations for Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis (JASTL), with a dual focus on (1) middle and high school educator and volunteer recruitment and retention; stakeholder training and support; and (2) delivery of the JA Trades program. The role oversees program logistics, data management and evaluation, and engagement with educators, volunteers, districts, and community partners while upholding the highest standards of program quality and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities
Program Quality and Delivery
• Ensure program quality and integrity through clear stakeholder communication, classroom/visit-day monitoring, timely updates, and use of evaluation tools.
• Oversee logistics and scheduling for multiple delivery models.
• Provide a high level of customer-focused program delivery and support.
Educator, Volunteer, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Strategize, lead, and execute recruitment and retention efforts of educators, volunteers, and community/business partners.
• Provide in-person and/or virtual orientation and training for all stakeholder groups.
• Adhere to the JASTL stewardship model to increase retention and stakeholder satisfaction.
JA Trades Operations (On-Site and On Tour)
• Assist in coordinating all logistics for JA Trades implementation and visit days.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and support volunteers to facilitate stations during visit days.
• Assist with check-in, resolving simulation-related issues, and ensure station readiness.
• Facilitate the Introduction to JA Trades session at the start of visit days.
• Provide guidance and support to visiting students to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with district managers before, during, and after JA Trades on Tour events; assist with end-of-day clean-up and preparation for the next visit.
• Contribute to curriculum development and updates to facilitator guides.
Data Management, Evaluation and Reporting
• Perform timely and accurate data entry for all program-related information; manage and maintain constituent records in the current database/CRM.
• Collect, analyze, and report program data, testimonials, and progress metrics for team meetings, grant proposals, and organizational reporting.
• Use insights from data to recommend continuous improvement actions.
Growth and Partnerships
• Promote program growth and expansion through strong retention strategies and partnerships with school districts, youth-serving organizations, and community/business stakeholders.

Qualifications (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, project management, volunteer coordination, sales, and/or nonprofit development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated; demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Qualifications (desired)
• Nonprofit program management experience.
• Familiarity with the 6–12 system.
