JA Finance Park and JA Biztown
You'll be in an actual simulated city! You'll help guide students through their assigned family scenario where they will visit many different businesses. They must purchase items to meet the needs of their family, such as insurance, clothing, transportation, housing, groceries, and childcare without spending more than they earn.

At JA of Greater St. Louis, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Happening Now!
The JA Bowl-A-Thon is a fun team building event that is designed to raise funds for Junior Achievement. Proceeds support JA's programs in work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy throughout the region.

JA BizTown Homeschool Visit Day
When: Tuesday, March 25, 2025Homeschool students come to JA BizTown for a simulation visit day from 9:30 AM - 2 PM. Following a 12-lesson curriculum, they will be prepared to assume job responsibilities, manage bank accounts, and experience life as a consumer/employee.

JA Finance Park Homeschool Visit Day
When: Tuesday, April 08, 2025Following a 12-lesson (Middle School) or 7-lesson (High School) curriculum, homeschool students come to JA Finance Park for a simulation visit day from 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM. In the tablet-based program, students explore and learn about different budget categories, create a budget, make purchasing decisions, and pay for their expenses.
